The stunning Serena Kern returns with a brand new track 'Pied Piper' taken from her forthcoming EP'Espionage'.
The half-Swiss half-Indian beauty has enjoyed great success over the past couple of years with her EP's 'I Lied'and 'My Promise'. Serena has worked with globally recognised musicians and her last EP 'Dream' was produced by the internationally acclaimed music producer Rishi Rich in Atlanta USA.
As
busy as Rishi is, producing the new single for The Rishi Rich Project
featuring Jay Sean and Juggy D, he still made time for Serena to visit
his studio. He says: "Serena is such a great person to work with.
She's got such positive energy and makes everyone smile. Her talent is
so obvious and I wish there were more like her."
Serena says: "Working
on 'Pied Piper' was a great experience. We tried to push the boundaries
in terms of concept, sound and lyrics. I have always been fascinated by
fairy tales and the Pied Piper is a modern take on an old fable. The
sound and lyrics are designed to conjure up images and make the listener
feel part of the story".
The accompanying video captures the feel of the song perfectly. Serena plays the role of an 'enchantress' who charms a spell bound dancer who is captivated by her music. Serena adds: "I had great fun making the music video; which in keeping with the theme of the song takes the imagination on a journey. I'm sure my fans will like it."
Pied
Piper is a pure mainstream anthem in the making and highlights her
versatility as an artist. Some of her previous songs have included a mix
of soulful pop blended with Indian beats, drawing upon her diverse
background and has gained her fans from all over the world. Having
developed her music career alongside a successful career in law, working
in one of the most prestigious law firms, Serena is clearly a musician
with a little something extra!
